what does a grateful wellness health coach do?
As a Certified Integrative Health Coach, I focus on health and wellness. I approach coaching as a relationship. We’re partners throughout your journeys – journeys that consist of ongoing practice and feedback.
Grateful Wellness uses a forward-thinking approach. The support I offer is both science- and experience-based; it’s a combination of traditional and modern approaches catered to each bio-individual client.
I help people reach their full potential by raising awareness, making connections, identifying patterns, shifting limiting beliefs, using a growth mindset, and offering strengths-based support.
In other words, I help you do the meaningful work that forms a strong foundation for long-term lifestyle changes that will enhance your overall quality of life.

Absolutely! Grateful Wellness often partners with health care clinicians (Physicians, Physical Therapists, Therapists, etc.) to support people with the “how”. People often leave the doctor’s office being told to make changes to habits that are so engrained that having professional support and guidance is not only beneficial, but necessary. I will support you in the day-to-day behavior change that is needed to align practitioner recommendations with your desired goals.
